Islamshahr commercial project is one of the largest commercial centers in Tehran province, which is located on a land of 37,000 square meters on 7 floors in the northeastern area of Islamshahr Namaz square. The overall spatialization of the building is divided based on a central courtyard and communication corridors. In this complex, various guilds such as gold and jewelry, mobile and computer, household appliances and so on will operate. In the cultural and recreational section of the development plan, cultural and recreational centers such as aquariums, amusement parks, cinemas and theaters, sports halls, food courts, and chain stores are considered. In the northern part of the complex, hotel and accommodation centers are also planned in the development plan.
The central courtyard with an area of more than 5000 square meters has helped to create a balance between natural and artificial spaces by using the green space inspired by the Iranian garden along with recreational facilities and services such as coffee shop, outdoor restaurant, etc.
